DOCUMENT NON VALIDE JURIDIQUEMENT. La structure suit le Code de droit economique belge et la directive 2011/83/UE, mais le texte doit etre relu par un juriste avant la premiere vente.

1. Seller

A COMPLETER : identite complete du vendeur — reprendre les mentions legales SI TU PASSES PAR UN MERCHANT OF RECORD (Paddle, Xsolla, FastSpring) : c'est LUI le vendeur juridique, pas Polymart. Cette section et toute la partie TVA doivent alors etre reecrites en consequence.

2. Scope

These terms govern the sale of digital content (downloadable games, in-game content and licence keys) offered by Polymart through this website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Products and licence

Purchasing a game does not transfer ownership of the software. It grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the game for private, non-commercial purposes.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of applicable VAT. The VAT rate applied is the one in force in the customer's country of residence within the European Union.

5. Ordering and payment

An order is only final once payment has been confirmed by the payment provider. A confirmation email including an invoice is sent to the address provided.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically: after payment confirmation, the customer receives access to the download and, where applicable, a licence key. No physical goods are shipped.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Belgian and EU consumer law, consumers normally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, this right does not apply where the consumer has given express prior consent to immediate performance and has acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.

8. Refunds

9. Legal warranty

Digital content benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity. Polymart undertakes to correct any defect preventing normal use of the game within a reasonable time.

10. System requirements

The customer is responsible for verifying that their hardware meets the minimum requirements published on the product page before purchase.

11. Liability

Polymart cannot be held liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability in cases where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
