This Privacy Policy explains how Polymart ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our website and our games, including Galactic Warrior (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data through our Android game. Galactic Warrior does not require an account, does not contain advertising, and does not offer in-app purchases. The Android game uses no analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services.

Website and web demo statistics. To know how many people visit our website and play the Galactic Warrior browser demo, we count visits with our own statistics server, operated by Polymart. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, unless you ask not to be counted (see below). For each page viewed we record the page address, the site language, the website you came from (its domain name only) and the date. On the web demo we also record when the demo starts, the active play time and the number of games completed. To count each visitor once per day, your IP address and browser identifier are combined with a random key that changes every day and is then destroyed; the result cannot be traced back to you, and your IP address is never stored.

We also record the country your visit comes from. It is looked up from your IP address on our own server, using a local database, at the moment of the visit: your IP address is not sent to any third party, and only the country is kept.

Opting out. If you prefer not to be counted, visit polymart.be/?stats=off. Your browser then stops sending anything at all. The choice is stored in that browser only, and polymart.be/?stats=on undoes it.

How We Use Information

Because the game does not collect personal data, the only personal information we ever use is what you send us voluntarily by email — and we use it solely to respond to your question or support request. Website and web demo statistics are anonymous and are used only to measure the audience of our website and demo.

Advertising and Purchases

Galactic Warrior contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.

Third-Party Services

The game is distributed through Google Play, which operates under its own privacy policy. We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services, and we do not sell or share personal information. Requests to our statistics server pass through Cloudflare, which provides the secure connection and processes them on our behalf.

Data Retention

Game data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the game. If you email us, we keep your correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request. Website and web demo statistics are deleted after 13 months.

Children's Privacy

Our game is suitable for players aged 12 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
